1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SignHoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SignHoop provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to upload documents, place signature fields, and collect legally binding signatures from recipients via secure links.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SignHoop to:

  • Send fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents.
  • Collect signatures under duress or misrepresentation.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Document Ownership and Responsibility

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload. You represent that you have the legal right to send each document for signature and that the content complies with all applicable laws.

6. Electronic Signature Validity

SignHoop provides electronic signature functionality. Users are responsible for ensuring electronic signatures are valid and appropriate for their specific use case and jurisdiction. Certain document types may still require wet-ink signatures.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Contact support@signhoop.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

8. Intellectual Property

SignHoop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SignHoop, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignHoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
